Configuration Support for PerpetualWorkbook

We think it's straightforward to configure PerpetualWorkbook to perform any number of system tasks utilizing your workbooks. And we realize your staff is busy doing their normal work functions and may not have the time or opportunity to work on productivity tools. We provide consulting services that cover a wide spectrum of skills including software engineering, spreadsheet design, accounting, financial system planning and general business management consulting.

What are the common tasks usually performed to apply PerpetualWorkbook to an existing set of workbooks and introduce the configured system to an organization?

Workbook Group Updating  Functions

  • Distributed spreadsheet system objectives
  • Workbook analysis and support
  • PW Project creation and workbook identification
  • Admin Users configure
  • E-mail system configure
  • System Users configure
  • Network share definition and file folders configure
  • Create  & assign Reference files
  • Test all system elements
  • Provide admin and user group training

Although this appears to be a long list, the work can be accomplished in about 20 hours depending on the complexity and number of workbooks in the system. The tasks can also be split between your organization and SBA. When we are finished, we send or deliver a zip file which installs all master workbooks, user files and configured database module.

Call us at 209-365-9646 and let's talk it over.
