PerpetualInvoice is implemented interfaced with QuickBooks,
Excel and Access. We have a long history of developing with this set of tools
and utilize a standard code base to control datasets in all components. This
greatly shortens our development time when we undertake a custom application.

Call us at (209) 365-9646, ask for Jim and we can discuss how
PerpetualInvoice can handle your batch invoicing
requirements in conjunction with QuickBooks at a fraction of what you are now
paying.

PerpetualInvoice programmatically controls all system components. We do not
modify QuickBooks, Excel* or Access. Their operation remains standard.
One of the strengths of this architecture is separating data
control and flow from graphical and presentation flexibility. The combination of
PerpetualInvoice database control and the QuickBooks SDK request/response
interface ensures that the data will be correct. At the same time, the customer
is free to modify the Invoice graphics and Excel formula driven feature set.
Features such as custom messages based on thresholds, color alerting, monthly
messages, paper positioning and much more.
*We do add a menuitem to Excel so that PerpetualInvoice can
run as a child window in Excel.
Below is a program screen from a meter reading (Water Company)
application we implemented recently. This examples the data stored to caclulate
month-to-month late fees.
